Organic farm-to-fork
We had always dreamt of creating a tranquil space where our guests could host their friends, family or colleagues in a private location surrounded by nature and beauty. We envisioned being able to offer premium quality, locally sourced and harvested produce from our own farm. We have achieved this at long last. One of the first steps was to employ a team of farmers who fully understand the impact of animal welfare and meat quality. Stress-free rearing was of utmost importance, as we believe that it makes a world of difference in not only the quality of the meat itself, but in the quality of the lives of the animals as well.
